The problem was I would've had to run like a mother****** to get ready in 10min, run out the door to catch the bus to the terminal, then take the greyhound, which prob would have made me late for the show by 30min.

i agree.....the invite was a bit too last minute assuming she knew she was going to this from before....
if you scramble to get ready and take a two hour bus to go it might seem a bit desperado in my opinion (unless you genuinely want to see the performer in which case, that's a different story) |

My social skills don't need developing. I know which music I want to see/hear, but all that stress was not worth it at the time.

I just ended up going to the drum n bass night locally. The other fish is a yawn inducing, but the beer and the breakbeat kept me interested. |
