AbsoluteLee incredible! SUCH a ing experience. Best set from Lee I've ever heard. Not a single track I coulda done with out. Well except for maybe Grindhouse. Hehehe just kidding Sarah. ;)
But seriously, the choons were lovely, the vibe was lovely. I'm still getting over the fact that I just saw Lee in some random warehouse. So old school!

Funniest part of the night was when those two dudes right in front of the tables doing bump after bump just rammed the ing decks and sent that needle right across the record. You could tell Lee was pissed but he just walked over and gave the guy a hug. A 'way to go, ' hug. Hilarious.
Sorry I couldn't make it to the after party, I was sooo ing tired. I had woken up really early Saturday morning, planning on getting a little nap in before I headed down but that didn't happen. And now I have a load of homework to do for tomorrow so I guess it's probably for the best. But I wanted to go so ing bad! :mad: How was it? |

I have to say the same. This party trumped anything I have ever been to before and anything I have heard before. The set, venue, people, vibe were all ing amazing.
We got there early before most people showed up and it was crazy to see how that tiny room evolved into a different universe. Open bar all night, best thing ever. Good to meet you Jeffree and everyone else.
We went over to End Up for awhile after, it was a great place to unwind after the Sat night's madness. Then Sarah and I went to 2nd Sunday, which was ok, but nothing like the opening party. It also sucked because anything that came through my ears would never be as good as what I heard from Lee.
Took Sarah to the airport at 6pm only to find out her flight was cancelled until 6am this morning. So we went back to Lyndsay's for some much needed rest, then being the good friend that I am, woke up at 4:45 and dropped her off at SFO ;) Good times this weekend for sure!!! |

yes you are a good friend!!! lol thank you. just got home a bit ago, my flight was then delayed after being cancelled last night and without a warning call mind you :whip: fckin united airlines!!!!
i'll post more later, i'm going back to bed, i'm exhausted but as the others have said, this party was the party of the year and yeah i know this year isn't over but i doubt anything else this year will come close!!!! the music was insane, perfect, as stated by the other guys, just got better and better. and lee dropped double problamatic, yes!!! love that track!
loved seeing gil, jeffree, matt(diskodave), meeting captkirk (kurt), rich, and of course matt and lindsay!!! and lol, jeffree walked in to me being a big ole' mess for a bit, glad i got out of that one ;) thanks to matt for finding me and taking care of me and of course for the airport pick up and drop off!!! you rock! |
