Interesting thing is that i have received numerous emails about..how rght i am about this whole "chicago scene crap"..maybe you should call these people delusional as well..
funny thing is that i really respect you for what you did here in chicago with your label and really cool parties etc. plus coming from the background where you can mention ibiza in it is an extra plus for you..altho you were always a to me...i guess at least now now i deserve it? no? |

Nobody's running around editing any posts. Stop getting so defensive. I'm simply trying to keep this conversation on track. I've been interested in reading a lot of the posts from people who are instrumental cogs in what this scene has become and I'd like to keep it civil. That's all.
And in the spirit of keeping the thread on track that's all I've got to say on the matter. |

think what's bs? that i'm not doing trades with him?
people like me, they book me, i worked hard in chicago to build relationships with tons of venues and believe it or not i've got some pretty big things going on now.
here's a few of the many times i played at spybar last year
dino is in fact one of my best friends and someone i worked closely with for a long time, and i think you are completely out of order for calling into question either of our intentions. nobody who ever got anywhere in music had it handed to them. anyone who's complaining about the chicago scene and lack of gigs isn't working hard enough.

yeah i complain about chicago scene..bout gigs ? no i don't.. i really don't care anymore..
but hey question for you?
if chicago is so great and the scene is so fantastic why did you move to L.A if you are so passionate about music and had so many friends you could bring to your gigs etc etc. |
