need some help with a track (probably an easy one, which is cheezy)

ok
so a friend of me wants to the name of a track (trance track with vocals)
she heard it on the radio, and told me what she remembered of the vocals/lyrics
a woman saying something like: "i still believe, i cant recieve" and something like "you have the greatest kind, the strongest emotions"
this doesnt say to me, but hopefulle someone here probably knows the id
i assume its a cheezy song , because she heard it on the radio here, and the radio usually plays cheezy tunes, but i cant tell
hope someone can help me out
