I am really kicking myself that I didn't get tickets to Tuesday so I could see Dancevic play (since he is out now *cries*) also that I didn't get matinee tickets for Saturday to go along with our evening , Jem. The mens doubles are playing and it may have been my only other chance to see Dancevic.. lol. (thanks to my mom who was all about going to the evening match and that doubles are boring)
AND FEDERER IS OUT!!! yippie. I can't stand him. :)
I just hope Nadal defeats Andreev though so I can see at least ONE player that I want to see in these finals. |

Now we just gotta cross our fingers that its HIS freakin' semi-finals game that we catch in the evening girl!!!

I appreciated the small updates on Murray from not being able to hear the commentary.
What a game it was. Nadal is full of moves I tell ya. :eyes:
I have photos to post of the infamous wedgie picking that the boy does before every serve, among other shots. lol :p
I think I will be skipping the women's next year and waiting for the men to roll back around in 2010 or go to Montreal. The mens games are WAY more entertaining then the women's by far. |

always willing and able to provide commentary :). as for women's i watched the jelena jovanovic - dinara safina match on tv afterward and it was actually pretty good. those girls were hitting bombs...

Ya i know, crazy to think after like 3-4 STRAIGHT YEARS, men's tennis may have a NEW #1... ...
I forget exactly what has the happen with Nadal and Federer in the next tourny (ie. how far both each would have to make it to), but Nadal could possibly have the opportunity to take over the number one spot.... wow. |

yup... 4 years and 6 months basically :p
In Cincinnati Nadal would need to win and Roger to lose before the semis for it to happen in the next tourney... the pressure is definitely on :toocool: |

Another ing excellent year of Rogers Cup tennis is over and done with.
Very glad I got to see 3 days worth of tennis.
Love it. :)
Looking forward to seeing the women back next year (and maybe even teh men in Montreal with Jenn weeeeeeeeeeeee!)
