Dry roasted or steamed is absolutely delicious.

I ate a ton of it tonight, and have been on a huge kick since we went out for Sushi a couple weeks back.
The best part is that I can eat a ton of it and feel great afterward, and the nutritional value is through the roof.
Anyone else a fan?

Out of curiosity, how is a food boring?
Edit: Nevermind. Taste is subjective. Lol. :p

Frenchie, check the frozen foods section of your local grocer - they will likely at least have the frozen variety, then you just boil it and eat it with a little salt and soy sauce, and voila - delicioso. |

| Yes! Had them at a Thai fusion place we went for dinner once. Cept the salt is not so good for you. |

It's not even the taste though. The taste isn't bad, it's just boring. The only thing that doesn't make this food suck is the fact that it has a nice crunch.
, I think I've been watching Andrew Zimmern too much. |

| Do you open up the pod and take the bean out after you boil them? Or can you eat them whole as well? |

| You don't eat the pod. You sorta scrape/suck the beans out with your teeth. |

Both can be done. Taking the bean out just makes it taste flat though. |
