Roommate needed ASAP!

We're looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment with us. We are 2 gay men (26 & 29yo) and our 2 year old shih-poo. We are quiet and responsible, clean and resonsible, career oriented guys.
Included in rent is free laundry, a/c, hydro, utilities, heat, cable, high-speed internet. Our apartment is 910sqft, has parquet wood floors, 10ft ceilings, you can paint your room however you want, we have dishwasher and new kitchen appliances. There's a TTC bus right in front of our apartment that takes you to runnymede subway station.
We're looking for someone who is quiet (occasional noise is OK), has a full-time job, good references, is comfortable with living a gay couple and hypoallergenic dog, someone who is clean and trustworthy.

Oh I should also mention that the neighbourhood/area is quiet and we have an excellent view of the humber river which is in front of my apartment. Great for bike riding and walks. |

but since i think we've met before and you were a cool guy, i have to say that kijiji.ca and craigslist might be the bets place for you to advertise. also viewit.ca if you feel like spending the 10 bucks.
bt scarlett and eglington is a a nice upcoming area. they've done alot of changes around the area. you might want to mention you have great access to james garden's. Always a sellin point. |
