I concur. We have had an insane amount of talent pass through TO but regardless I can never really justify spending that much money on a weekly or even bi-weekly basis JUST for a ticket, nevermind anything else.

theres no need for ignorance - as stated if you have the money to throw away by all means proceed to do so. This has nothing to do with not being able to afford it, its the plain fact that ticket prices are atrocious just to go out and have some fun. |

Anyone who knows anything beyong the DJ mag top 10, KNOWS at least 80% of the names I listed... Quite a few of them sell more music than all of the DJ Mag top 10 combined, and quite a few of them play to crowds in the thousands every times they're in Toronto... and crowds in the tens of thousands in everywhere outside of North America.
The heads know... everyone else just pretends to know. |

this is just a classic case of people taking TO for granted. move almost anywhere else in canada or even north america and see if you like the names they have coming through during the summer

I just can’t get over that this thread was actually started. As Activate said….(and listed for that matter)…the talent that has graced Toronto this summer (and since the beginning of the year alone) has been incredible. I have friends and family over in Scotland who can not believe what we get here on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
We got it good.
I love Toronto’s EDM scene and I Love My Life 2008.
