bacon,eggs.beans,sausage,black pudding, and brown sauce AKA the full english
or
double sausage n egg mcmuffin meal , extra hash , large coke , chilli sauce
top it off with groans of ' im never going to drink again' or ' i think someone spiked me!'knowing full well you drank a brewery load
and garnish with trying to get people feeling sorry for you! |

Nah actually the anoying thing about McDonalds is that if you eat them only once in awhile the heady cocktail of sugar and salt tends to tase really good lol. |
