Rolling collateral in the right circumstances can be the key and I have been lucky being in the right place, right time and with the right amount of money. The fact I do it fairly consistently means it isn't all luck though...
Now you won't find it, in fact I'd be holding off about 12-18months minimum before things settle down enough, but I'll revise that in about 6-8months and see. |

Ok time for a sensible answer ! .
I don't think it is possible to have a goal in life , sure we all need to have dreams and aspirations on what we perceive to be success but in reality not many of us succeed to become what we want to be. I look at life as a journey and try to avoid negative news and always try and be positive. The biggest issue is the news and what is happening around you such as murder , crime , taxes and poverty , sure we might be affected at some point in our life's with negative situations but unfortunately these cannot be predicted. All we need in life is love & peace unfortunately our human existing survives on greed and money.

Sensible? So, because not everyone gets to live their dream (I'm aware this is a lot of people), then they shouldn't bother having a goal?
The world, or society, will progress by nobody having a goal?

It sounds great. Rosy even. But it reeks of denial. Just because you're positive about everything doesn't change it much, outside of your own head. You're still paying tax, mate. There are still murders, crimes and poverty, whether or not you have a smile in the morning.
I'm a positive person as well :) But, I feel that you're being unrealistic. |

you can't have one goal which encompasses all. You have to split it up to cover life and work.
Find a girl who i love dearly
Live and work overseas
Live in Berlin (yes its overseas, but its 2 different goals for me)
Become a head of lab
And they're only long term goals which I can think of off the top of my head. Add in short term goals. |
