Oh yeah, i have already done that ;) In the last few years i'm heavily into post-rock. I love both Explosions and Saxon Shore, but i'm not heavily into the weird folk-tronica-post-rock thing of Six organs and Clue to Kalo. A Northern Chorus were also great, too bad that they broke-up, they made some blissful, heavenly music.
I also love A Silver Mount Zion (and GY!BE ofcourse) The Evpatoria Report, Caspian, Ef, Yndi Halda, Joy Wants Eternity, Port-Royal, Epic45, God is an Astronaut, Emery Reel, This is Your Captain Speaking, Jakob, Sparrows Swarm and Sing, This Will Destroy You, Tunturia, Russian Circles, Labradford...and others which i can't remember...

lol, postrock got me into neofolk. I'll check out some of those other post rock guys though (though I've got stuff from GY!BE, Caspian, Port-Royal, Epic45, A Silver At Mt. Zion, and This Will Destroy You).
But seriously, neofolk ain't too bad :p

Sounds nice indeed. I like those kind of paganistic (lol) drums. I guess that Sigur Ros always had a neo-folk influence and Sigur Ros is a band that i love. I think i need to dig more into the current genre. Thanks!

To stay on the post-rockish thing this is agreat piece of psychedelia-edged ethereal post-rock which is appropriate for a "flight"
Yume Bitsu - "Of Freedom and Flight"
After building and duilding through layers and layers of quitar soundscapes, suddenly, after around the 6-minute mark, the whole tune "takes off" and you may well find yourself propelled into the horizon.
This is the side-project of Yume Bitsu with more lush psychedelic post-rock
Surface of Eceon - "The Open Sea"
Ofourse this music is for those who like ambient that comes from quitars rather than synths.
