| Your a dj who uses their laptop, therefore you use an external soundcard . So when connecting to the mixer, do you connect the channels to the soundcard from the 'line' inputs? |

lol yeh it was a bit confusing, ok.
I dj using a laptop, soundcard and midi controller. if i wanted to play in a club and used the mentioned setup. how would i connect it up in the club? all i need to do i think is connect the outputs of my soundcard to the amp? but to do that would i not need to disconnect the main mixer first ? which would mean stoppin the music, which ofcourse is not really an option. |

| I think in most clubs what you would do would be to plug in your master out into an unused channel on their mixer. |
