This album is quite mediocre, and there are no real classics like the ones mentioned in the 1st post. Sorry guys :(
I did love OceanLab (and maybe I still do), but this comp is just too boring, and too much of the same. There are however a couple of nice songs, but that you can find out for yourself ;)

pretty average album ... just a couple of good tracks in there...like miracle n ashes...n sirens of the sea ofcourse....apart from that nothing much to talk about really...

funny thing is before they got 'famous' they were just 'oceanlab' and needed no 'presents' bull :p

Dunno, Come Home and If I Could Fly are just pop songs with trance samples thrown in, On a Good Day is a bit better than those two. Miracle and Breaking Ties and Ashes are just crying out for the Above and Beyond club mix treatment that will go down quite well with fans of theirs.

Not too impressed honestly. I rather preferred them releasing a few choice singles between their Above and Beyond material rather than a full album. None of these songs are in the same league as Satellite or Sky Falls Down.

6/10

Only thing worse I can think of is if 3 years down the line, they come up with a Tranquility Base album :nervous:

Well a mixed response from the TA crew! Thanks for all the opinions, whether you like the album or not!

Cheesy as hell, but I am loving the Michael Cassette remix of Miracle, such a summery tune :D
