everytime i try and use the loop button with my cdj200's i up my mix a little bit because the looping function isnt 100% accurate. as soon as i press the loop button i have to reach for the pitch to adjust for the change in speed the song has just had and the songs never really end up perfectly beat matched. what do you guys use for looping? |

i get the same sort of issue with my cdj200's, Don't think there is any real way around it.. although i did pickup the manual one day to see if i was doing it wrong and read somewhere in there about fine tuning the loop using the track search/folder search ?? button.. Go have a read of your manual.. certaintly helped me heaps.. amazing what you can learn when you do read those little ******s.
I don't really use loop anymore though, prefer on the fly mixing. |

if you mean the auto loop feature then yes, its not going to be 100% becasue, and feel free to correct me if I'm worng but I think it uses the detected bpm to work out where to put the end of the 4 bar loop and we all know how good bpm counters are. with some practice the orange manual loop buttons are much better. |
