This is the kickoff release on Intuition's newest sublabel, Intuition Deep (Progressive Trance and Deep Trance)... You can check it out on www.intuitionrecordings.com or www.mennodejong.com

1. Menno de Jong & Mark Otten - Mad World (Original Mix)
2. Menno de Jong & Mark Otten - Mad World (Marcus Schossow Remix)

Info:

It’s a Mad World indeed. Terrorist Attacks, Natural Disasters, Politics, the rise of the East, so many real events that are so shocking that they are nearly unreal. If a feeling were to describe the experience or observation of these occurrences, and it were translated into a piece of music, Menno de Jong & Mark Otten’s Mad World would be the most accurate notation. The melodramatic yet strangely beautiful melody will captivate the compassionate heart amongst you immediately. World events fall into place whilst the chords unfold; a surreal feeling of emotional release captures you when the climax lets the incomprehensible fall into place.

DJs that have equally appreciated the Mad World we live in, and have supported either the enchanting Original Mix, or banging Marcus Schossow Remix include Tiesto, Sander van Doorn, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Rank 1, John O’Callaghan and many more. The track is also featured on renowned compilations such as High Contrast pres. Rank 1, Summerbreeze and the official Sunrise Festival 2008 compilation.

Well, it's not like they're going to write something like this:

"Here's our latest new single, and while we believe it's a solid tune, let's all be realistic: it ain't no Netherworld."

Yeah probably not, but did you read what they've written?
What do they expect? A nomination for the Nobel peace prize?

somehow, im liking the schossow remix ! good tune, havent heard the original yet
nefardec
surely the most accurate notation of the world's problems.

the accuracy is unbelievable.

it was almost as if i could feel the bloodied turbans

actually the original sounds just like something else - can't put my finger on the name right now. think it's something digweed would play

maybe guy j - avant garde? also reeks a little of trentemoller's - always something better - there's something else though

The PR Managers write it. It's all about marketing, they want you to be interested enough to listen. Did it work? LOL

Loving them both btw...
