| My best trip ever was a 6 hour trip from Tampa -> Orlando -> Miami. Picked up my friend in Orlando. We smoked 3 fat blunts on the way there. Then tripped on some acid on South Beach all night. Will never forget it...:nervous: |

2700km in 1 1/2 days by myself, sydney to townsville. very dull driving alone for so long.
with other folks went from near the northern border of Namibia to capetown. apart from fuel stops, border crossing and an hour for lunch, did that non-stop. looking back i wonder what the hurry was. |

22000km's (divide by 1.6 for miles) in five weeks chumps!
Drove from Melbourne (Australia) by 4WD tracks to the centre (Alice Springs) then north through Kakadu before driving west across the Kimberley and then down the west coast of Australia to the Ningaloo Reef.
Great trip. We actually felt like more driving at the end of it. Before we left we had a good sound system installed in the car and downloaded heaps of new sets and albums and just listened all day. We usually awoke at like 12pm and then started driving before setting up camp at 2-3am. A bit backwards to the way most people conduct their camping trips. |
