This is the most unbelievable thing
I just took thsi video from another forum it's in french, it's a TV show where they interview Revenue Quebec manager and he says that any person selling goods & services should pay TVQ & TPS and he says it's confidential so they won't go and tell the police you are a dealer lol

What country are we living in ? hahahah

even I could've told you that. Both federal and provincial tax acts give the right to the government's to impose income & sales taxes on EVERYTHING! So the mafia that makes income from extortion, and the re-sale of stolen car parts from chop shops are fully taxable. This is actually a rather recent law, maybe since the late 90's or year 2000, probably due to the increased activity of mafia in Canada. I guess once they go to jail, the government is allowed to repossess all their crap to make up for back taxes :P I love Canada and their tax system.

By the way, lotteries are taxed 0% in Canada, but are taxed to hell in the USA

now that you say that, pawn shops pay taxes and we all know most of the stuff in there is stolen...:p

hehehe but think about it, why would crooks be treated differently than normal citizens, why should they be spared from paying taxes.

if a criminal is guilty of selling cocaine ... be sure Revenu Quebec will collect him for income tax and the service tax... on all the revenues he made out of it, at least on what they can prove.

That's what all this is for. Only the reporter does the reverse logic of it, which i don't think will occur in real life.
