Good MP3 Splitter?

I've tried searching but couldn't find anything..
What's a good program to split sets up with? I currently use mp3 trackmaker but it's fairly limited as it doesn't like certain MP3 formats.
Bare in mind though that the majority of the time I won't be using a cue, I'll be using winamp and trying my best to pick out the transitions.
Any suggestions will be appreciated! |

| you could always use applications like sony soundforge or steinberg wavelab. pretty much anything that can record and edit audio. |

I haven't looked into it at all, but it seems as though foobar limits what you can split into. Meaning, you can only split to like 256kbps VBR. If you have a 320kbps live set, you can't split it into 320kbps parts. |

the best...is Fission I'm using with my Mac, awesome program and you can do a whole lot of z with it, but you'll have to buy it. It's a one time 30 bucks off their official site, but well worth it.
you can also download a demo version to try it out... |
