FAIL.

I don't think we've ever gone over producing Lizandro. That time I messed around on your Korg you were sort of going over the basics in how you were making sounds using Garage Band, but I dont think we ever got to chatting about the deeper stuff like octaves and this "reFX" thing you're saying.
Lizandrooo
well i blabber about reFX alot around here so i was thinking i did. and i didnt show you on garageband since i hate that for producing and you cant really 'make' sounds on garage band.

whoa carlitos.... i didnt know you were getting into producing, I must say im really impressed sounds pretty good for a trance tune I suggest you make that breakdown a little longer and add some beachy sounds for the breakdown. good job man now do me a favor and send me those VSTs you anal windpipe !!!

Lizandro Cackle = GarageBand Pro :stongue:

Hell, GarageBand got me (us) somewhere man. I learned how to turn on a keyboard in Lizandro's studio.

Not my first production, but probably my best, after 4 months (wow...too long). A big thanks to Tony Panocci and Ramon Romero for their help in supporting the "C-Los Needs VST's and Synth Pack Foundation" :haha:..and their brilliant ideas too. This track is FAR from perfect. Please please please give it a listen and let me know what needs improvement. I would appreciate. =)

Done on:
Dell XPS M1730
Dell D600 Latitude
Ableton 6 (partial Ableton 7)
Roland XP60 synth keyboard
M-Audio Axiom 61 (a big thnx to Cory for that ;) )

I like what my friend Adam Valickus (dj and semi-producer working at Mustang Engineering) had to say:

You may not see this for a while since they are making everyone leave the East Building but,

I gave this a listen last night and I liked it. I think it would be good near the beginning of a set as I felt it would be a good track to use to build a good foundation for some really high energy tracks. A segway, if you will. Would you be willing to spare a higher quality copy of this so I could use it in a mix? If you want to keep it to yourself I understand, I just thought it would be cool to use a song no one has heard of… yet (haha).

In my limited expertise and lack of production lingo knowledge, one thing I might be interested in seeing (hearing?) added to the track would be bigger pads (I think this is what you would call them) during the breakdown. I think that might help it build some more energy if that is what you are looking for. Otherwise, I think it sounds pretty damn cool.
