Question for people who live in Tennessee

So in florida, when people travel from say, miami to gainesville, they say they're going "up" to gainesville. Or when I ask someone when they are coming to Miami from Orlando, I'll ask "when are you coming down". What do people say in horizontal states/places (knoxville to memphis). When are you coming west? When are you coming right?  |

I don't know about others but I say the direction of where ever I'm going. If my destination is below me, I say going down...if it's west of me I say I'm going west. |

I pretty much use up, down, over for north, south, everywhere else, respectively. I'm also out of breath as noted by the copious amounts of commas.
I live in the middle, so pretty much everything for me is 'over'. It doesn't really matter, though, because a horse buggy can only go so far. =P
