I put vanilla extract in mine. Plus egg, milk, and oil.
I put a teaspoon of butter on the skillet. Pour the batter right in the middle of the butter. When the pancakes are done, they have a ring of buttery crust on the outside, and soft vanilla flavor on the inside. Everyone loves my pancakes! |

i forgot i had pancake mix in the fridge so im making some now for dinner lol this thread made me crave them. but to make them more dinner-like i'm not doing butter & syrup but rather melted swiss cheese in between two pancakes. it's like an arepa but it's not made out of cornmeal.
i hope it tastes good. i should have added some shredded chicken to it or something. |
