Wasn't Madison, WI the #1 party town/school for something like 6 years in a row?
And now its not even on the list?

| i just graduated from #16. there's a day where everyone starts drinking at 7 in the morning. there's cornfields for 100 miles in every direction so drinking is about the only thing to do. |
