Facebook doesn't use Flash.
(okay, there's some flash that does god knows what, but it doesn't hinder your usage of it in any way. I have Flash blocked in my FF, and it doesn't affect Facebook at all) |

The new FB UI is not flash based, it is Ajax based.
AFAIK the only Flash based elements of the site are the video player. |

It's not flash, it's AJAX. And Facebook is optimized for the iPhone anyway. No worries ;) |
