Need help fixing a .cue file...

Hey dudes,
I am trying to fix the .cue file I made for a mix CD a friend gave me. It's 1 big file. I compiled this:

However, when I load the .cue in Nero it crashes.. When I load it in Fireburner, its says that the last track is 188:02:03 or something. CDRwin also doesn't want it. Did I forget to put some kind of end command into this .cue?? I am totally clueless....

| fix the filename location. type in the location of where the mp3 is such as c:\windows\desktop\Tekno - Teknozone1.mp3 This seems to always be the problem for n00bies with cue files. |

hehehehehe, I am not a n00b at this. I made more than over 50 .cue files and they all worked! Just can't figure out why this one won't go... Maybe because of my new burner?? Lite-On 32x12x40...

| Maybe a little more detail about the problem would help like how did you create the cue sheet and how long is the file? Sometimes the cuesheet have to be encrypted and compliant for fireburner to accept the cuesheets. cdrwin is more lenient with accepting cuesheets. An adivice you could try is converting the mp3 to wav and then change the cue sheet to wave instead of mp3 |

Hey gozer!!
I always keep it as simple as possible, no cd-text performer/title , just song nr. and time. That way it always worked!!
So my advise is keep it simple......

Ow yeah, isn't the file maybe longer than 80 mins.??
It could be that the mp3 isn't perfectly encoded. That way Nero could read it wrong (that it's too long or something). I bet it will work if you decoded it to wave first. This problem just occured to me, had it too once.

about cue files
is there a simple prog that i can use to create cues so i just enter the track names and times instead of writing out all the commands?
(not a cd-writer prog)
