This remix has a nice touch to it Dave. I love that grooviness behind it. would love to play it as an opener in a gig. |

Thanks, Bro-Hammburger.
If you do play it out, let me know if the fat chicks dig it. |

I should play it at a Jenny Craig convention. Watch how many sumo-ladies I can take home.

I appreciate some NIN, will have to give it a listen.
I better not hear any accordions in the background. |

Your tastes are a little more avant-garde, so I think the clubby might put you off. There are some cool remixes on that site though.

| Not a criticism here just an honest question. Did you make it clubby on purpose or did it just come out that way? I know I used to always try to make proggy songs, but they just came out being Techno no matter what. |

I wanted to make a Proggy track and this is what Ableton spit back out. I think the guitar riffs and bassline from the remix pack just pigeonholed it into the clubby realm. |

Yeah would have had to go with more synths and less organic sounds.
It's still better than almost everything they play at Le Cocs on saturdays or anywhere else in town I'm willing to bet.
I do absolutely nothing but chill and work on music during the weekends since I can't drink and there is no good electronic music anywhere, so let me know if you want to get together and work on something. |

Finally gave it a listen.
Very respectable track, simple and to the point. I did feel the volume went up drastically at 1:02.
Why did you select this track to remix? |

Thanks! At 1:02 I believe the bassline kicked it up a notch and got out of hand. I cleaned it up last night by sending the bassline and kick drum to a separate channel to compress together. It sounds better.
I downloaded The Slip and the track stood out to me. I had the remix pack for the album and decided to go to town with it. |
