There are many things I have or do often because I enjoy them. Other things because I consider them important or useful. None of them are addictions. I wouldn't be trumpeting it if they were.
Really can't understand what the draw is in discussing "addictions". This word does not connote a positive situation or quality.
Sorry - buzz kill, I know, but is it impossible these days to talk about interests and hobbies without all the melodrama of an addiction? |

I forgot that my mom just made a whole batch the other day and that there is some for leftovers when I get home!!
(it's very rare that there actually is anything left lol)

this has been done before but it was 5 things you cannot live without...
I think moderation is key... but if you're addicted to sugar, caffeine, drugs and/or food then we should be talking about how to overcome them rather then just listing them...
I have an addiction to sugar and cannot go a day without having it. I guess i should try sugar twin (the artificial sugar)...
