Saturday Night Insomnia

Yep I've lost the ability to sleep..Anybody else a vampire? I've gotten into the bad habit of sleeping all day, staying up all night, but even when I try to sleep earlier (i.e. 2AM), it never goes down well. I just lie there while my head races with thoughts..

All good ideas which I don't follow much. I'm gonna find some people to play soccer with. I've got music or the radio on 24/7. aaaand, maybe 50 grams of sugar the last 3 hours?:o

Yep, definitely not getting tired..

my sleep schedule just went haywire over the past week.

im sleeping at 4pm and waking up around 2am now.

Great ideas, but they dont work for everyone. I exercise regularly, i have lowered my caffeine and sugar intake to a minimum and when i go to bed at 11 pm i also usually turn off everything in my room. Then at 4 am when i still cant sleep i usually get up and turn everything back on again and start studying or watching tv or something. This can go on up to four of five days in a row before finally im so exhausted i just collapse on my bed (or floor sometimes) and sleep for a couple of hours before the whole cycle starts again.
