Or number 3

I hate to sound pessimistic, but #3 just sounds like one of those tracks that'll never get an ID (or it'll be one helluva long time before we do get one on it).

Though I do hope I'm wrong, it's just a track like that doesn't end up in too many DJ's sets/mixes. Making that much more difficult to find an ID on...

I think it's an edit of that mix.

This is why most of the tracks sound a little different like edits

"some people have mentioned im not playing solo anymore and also i heard some comments about what is sos all about really. its about 3 people merging everything into one whole... its 3 x 20 years of record collecting, its 3 x knowledge of the scene and the artists and labels, its 3 very close friends working to achieve a single artistic output and 3x the man hours that any one person could do on their own. when we play out live its 3 simulatious outputs.. that means one or two people can communicate and program the set live on the fly, while the other prepares accapellas, drum loops. efx for layering over the sets.. or two people playing the set b2b, while another is playing live percussion (omid recently using his drum kit live).. theres no rules, and because of this a huge amount of freedom for creativity. another scenario is if one person is playing a tune we can add efx to it. i.e. an echo... this is then fed into the central master mixer that another person has control of, and they can add another effect ontop of that.. so effectivly we combining equipment to create double or even triple effects that are impossible with one set of hands or one set of equipement.. hear us live and you will hear stuff you havent heard before. its a creative project that is in its youth and is evolving. also with the enourmous ammount of music out there with 3 people working on finding the best sounds.. its a much bigger net to catch the fishies in. where next we dont know and dont want to know, the element of the unknown in the future is something that encourages creativity. i came across a track the other day titled 'the further you look, the less you can see'... its kinda like that.
people that miss any of us in SOS playing out solo, we all do still play solo but the focus is on the group. we are working together very closely to produce something new, and always pushing its evolution. just hear the balance 13 mix.. this is something not any single one of us in the group could of produced on our own.. so its got to be worth the effort so far of focusing on the group and not the individual. and universe willing.... there will be lots more to come.
big love to all

This setup has no reflection in their sets, and it's just over the top. A lot of edits that people think are their edits are just simply hard to find or less known remixes or tracks with well known samples (but respect for the guys for finding them).
I think they are all better playing solo than in the group (this desyn's set is a perfect example).
I think it's hard to focus on a good flow of the set with so many hands in the booth and at the same time throwing all those stupid DJM effects.

Incorrect for the New York Boat Party. Desyn was solo that evening due to Demi & Omid 16B's flight being delayed. Desyn was the only one that made it to the boat party.

Totally agree .. i'd rather listen to desyn solo anyday then all three of them.. they play great tracks loads of bombs , amazing effects ,but sometimes i find them a bit all over the place but that;s just me !!
