you can use a proxy site if they haven't disabled them too |

Go find a web based proxy?
www.theproxyfree.com is one I know of. Other way to do it is to use RDP and log in to your home pc

Run a packet sniffer on your network and wait for the IT guy to login to the proxy server/gateway they have on the local network.
