I agree wholeheartedly with that.

It's amazing; I don't look for much in a friend; I'm very much a proponent of the "give and take" system, i.e you do anything for your friends, knowing they would do the same for you.

The sheer amount of flaky people who can't even fulfil this simple criteria is simply staggering.

I'm surprised no one's made this suggestion, considering we're on an electronic music forum:

*cough*

Go to a rave and take some MDMA. Instant new Best Friends Forever!!
T-Soma
Go to the strippers with loads of cash.
You will instantly have plenty of hot new friends.

the great thing about imaginary friends is that when they start to become imaginary s, you can imagine them right in front of a bus.

Yes, but unfortunately the only the TAs that I would actually care to meet IRL don't live in California.

You're friends are uncomfortable with associating with members of other "tribes".

I don't know about uncomfortable, I'd say its more that their lazy and don't really care themselves to go out and meet new people. About half of my friends have been in long-term relationships 2 years+, because of that they don't really care to go to bars, clubs, things like that.

Seems like they're settling down and you're not ready for that. But damn, what do your friends do? Stay home every weekend? Even if I was married, I'de still go out for some drinks or somethin, or invite my friends over to the house for a bbq..
