Apparently there was price wars yesterday with the new Chevron opening up. Gas was as low as 2.08

See, that right there is proof that these mf's are making more than a few cents per gallon. No businessman in his right mind would drop the price of a product by more than 40% just because someone else across the street was doing it unless they could afford to. |

Do you live in copperfield? I filled up at the shell on 529/hwy 6 four nights ago...paid it at $2.80/gal. The line was insane dude. |

Moved into the area last year. So far I like it and drives to and from work aren't that bad. |

Yea Copperfield's a pretty sweet area. +1 on to/fro work drives. Drives to the school are kinda long though. |

I'm apt-hunting at the moment. The offers are high as hell. No particular "eviction" has been placed on me, though I'm pretty sure with the drama I started that day at the office they'll doo anything in their power to get me out of there.
I am going to stay in or around the Katy area. If Dave's mom is willing to pay half the rent since she's moving in with me, then we can up the quality of the apartment. |
