I've been poking about in dubstep more as I've taken a liking to Burial and Ital Tek but I've found out that at the moment I'm only getting into the more atmospheric/melodic dubstep tracks (namely both of Burial's albums and tracks like Deep Pools, White Mark, and Red Sky by Ital Tek).
Any suggestions of artists and/or labels? Keeping in mind I've checked much of the Planet Mu back catalogue :p

| Very short but Flying Lotus - Brainfeeder is somewhat in this same vein. The rest of his stuff is not really atmospheric though. |

| Martyn, 2562, Peverelist... I dunno, there isn't a lot of atmospheric dubstep around. |

Oh and look out for Pangaea's next Hessle Audio release, "You & I / Router":

really deeeep 2step. Probably the best Hessle yet, and that's saying something for such an awesome label.
Should be out in a week or two I think. |

Thanks :)
Funny how there isn't more of this atmospheric stuff considering Burial's rise. You usually get plenty of imitators -- both good and bad -- when you're that exposed. |
