| i was wondering how u DJ guys put samples of random stuff into ur mixes. i had a m8 how did a bit of djing (chart music i'm afraid) and he just used a discman with a CDR with a whole bunch of samples on it and played them at oppurtune moments. I was wondering if there is a more professional way that won't destroy my pocket |

there are sample records...but its mostly accapellas from other trance tunes..like hide you, or star 69
the CD-R method is one way
minidisk/mp3 player hooked up to line in is another, but you lost pitch control this way |
