Last night was great--
-Tritonal ed up twice in a row (really ruined the vibe)
-A&B started kind of slow, but had a decent set.
few that I remember: Nalin & Kane - Beachball (!), Andy Moor - Air For Life, Oceanlab stuff (2-3 songs), the new Super8 / Tab
for the 2nd encore, they played Delerium - Silience (A&B Remix) |

Do they play all them old songs because they think we are from the South and don't know what new songs are out. I do understand throwing in a few classics but NOT that many as you mentioned...I mean Air For Life was like 2005 at the latest and then 3 or 4 Oceanlab songs..I'm sure they were old as well. But then I didn't go so don't flame me too much since I didn't hear the set. :sadgreen: |

Please tell me they werent using ableton.. was there a macbook open?.. cuz if there was then .. WOW! .. props to them cuz i couldnt screw up on ableton if i tried! LOL sounds like everyone had a good night though!! |

Well I didn't go, so I really don't know. They weren't using ableton when they played at Sky in March, though. |

well this was my 2nd time going to Austin (from Houston) for a show. last time, i saw Kyau & Albert and there wasnt much people there and it was great. This time however was the first time i got to see A&B... the place was pretty damn packed. too packed for my tastes. i dont even think i got to see A&B that much since in huge ass pillars and hands were blocking my view.
To the guy who said something about old tracks they were playing... i was very pleased they did that because it was my first time seeing them and i am new to their music. Air For Life is old, but it made my night! |
