ur realy hooked on not using efex right? its the most important thing for you? face it - efex can sound good and make a track better.
and why cant we use vst? well good for me i use Reason so im able to make synthsounds anyway. isnt synth generator allowed either, how the hell are we going to make tracks then, only samples u mean, guess Reason wasnt so good for this comp after all? not even distortion!!! what good track does not have any form of distortion? btw ur language is better now, ur getting there. |

The hole point of this little contest was to test your music making skill`s. It was not a revolt agenst efects.so far the responce has been dissmised for being pointless and of corse my wrighting skill`s. Every time you send stuff you made over to fx you have lost the whole synthectics of the natural sound`s your tring to create.Any one can make a sample`s then use fx to hide the crap sound that was made in the first place. |

| It is a really interesting and difficult exercise to try and make a whole track sound good before putting any effects on it. Really forces you to focus on the melody-writing and synthesis. |

| No its not that hard. Those who have worked with older trackers will def know tricks to get a lot of features in tracks without using effect plugins. I more or less used to simulate reverb by using specific envelopes and delay was even easier; just retrigger the sample. This would be a basic 'back to the old school' exercise. Its been about 5 years ago though since i last worked like this... |

Im glad some one`s on bord let`s hope the rest see the point and make this a healthy comp? |

If you can make, good full track`s that consist off your own sounds then think off how much impact you can have. Keep those pros on there feet! |
