Well I can assure you that you will enjoy this link, having tested the waters and seeing what you prefer in terms of your Electronic Dance Music. I hope you like it.
I would suggest BT's Movement In Still Life and Future Funk Squad's Audio Damage. Both are great progressive breaks albums and stylistically similar to the Fluke track.
I actually still listen to both (more so Audio Damage) on a regular basis!

leftfield leftism is a great album
matrix track reminded me of the blade 1 and 2 OSTs, both had some great darkcore rave breaks stuff (BT, massive attack, crystal method)
as Jer said BT in general
some of Future sound of london or Amon tobin's work may appeal, both get pretty dark and intense. good stuff
El K Dee
lets not forget the spawn soundtrack with electronic collaborations with rock and hip hop artists
PS if u like fluke, u'd like Rob Dougan (famous for Clubbed to Death from Matrix 1)
here..for ur listening pleasure:
heres a fluke classic...was first in the Wipeout XL game soundtrack adn then featured in the Saint soundtrack:
in same groove of things, Chem Bros feat. Richard Ashcroft:
