Everybody who didn't go to this should stab themselves in the eyeballs with a fork. Right now. Go ahead, I'll wait. This was completely free, completely packed (but not competitively so), with perfect weather all evening, and Stacey was bang on this time playing proper techno (and I suppose a little bit of housey stuff... maybe sorta).

Megaprops to the CB crew for pulling this off - I couldn't have asked for a better end to the weekend.

Well said Aaron!

Pullen didn't do much for me. Few good tracks here and there, but generally left me feeling 'meh' and not making me move.

Enjoyed myself all around - how can't you when it's great weather and a full moon, but the last two sets of the night didn't really excite me all that much.

Subscribe to Promise's newletter habibi.

Every week you get an email from them telling you the dealio... the forcast, whos gonna be spinning, plus often rough set times or order of play.

all the info about what happens there each sunday :)

they always sent them out on Friday or Saturday, and will update throughout the actual weekend if the weather is iffy to keep ppl appraised of how things are actually looking and/orif there are any changes we should know about!

I think he went from 10 to a bit over 11, and he rocked the beach, very impressive set.

Too bad when they get a headliner it can't be any earlier than that.

kaniz
Earlier in the day/evening has always been about being more chilled / relaxed IMO. Putting on a headliner at 6 or 7 sort of kills that I think.

WOW!!!!

I was there from 9:30 till the 12 and it was amazing!!!

Stacey Pullen played a wicked set. I don't think I've sat there and got into a set that deep in years, I was so impressed. I just loved it.

The crowd was great too, everyone was having a blast. Great vibe.
