| what'd you expect from a guy whose solution to the budget shortfall was to cut the wages of 200,000 gov workers to the federal minimum wage (lower than the state minimum wage) while all the top administrators keep their six figure incomes and overtime payouts that amount to the same six figures? he's also borrowing from the state lottery fund, which normally goes to public education. all this when the simple solution would be to reinstate the vehicle licensing fee... genius :rolleyes: |

The state income tax rate in California caps @ 9.3% plus. The sales tax rates are around 7.5%. Contrast that with other states . . . with much smaller populations.
What are they doing with the money??? |
