Anyone live near Ryerson? (need a parking spot..)

Ugh.. back to school means I gotta find another parking spot!
Here are the deets:
I'll only be on campus 2-3 times a week & am looking for a parking spot near the campus, whether it's a shared driveway or an actual spot. I'm pretty flexible since I won't be there too often.
Boundaries are anywhere from Bay/Yonge/Dundas/Gerrard/Jarvis...

It's out of the way, but I have a spot for you near Yonge/Lawrence.
Private, safe (behind my house)...again, out of the way but if you're driving in from out of the city it's an option.
I don't drive and it sits there empty most of the week.
5-10 minutes walk to the subway, 2 minute drive to the 401

u can park at the undergroung parking at 40 gerrard for $7..or was that $9? all day

Or you can choose to just drive in because the gate doesn't depend on whether you paid and got a ticket or not, it opens up whenever a car is there :-)

The thing with lots is that they fill up quickly and I want the 100% guarantee that my spot will be there.

security does an hourly check tho of the visitors parking.....i know cos i lived there and asked them about it |

there's a parking on Yonge and Wood (1 street north of College), it says $8 early bird parking, before 9am
not sure if that's helpful :)
and that same parking has parking passes availale for sale |

Is this the same one that is next to the RCC? It fills up pretty quick...
I could offer you free parking, but only for the hours that I'm at Ryerson, and that's typically after 2:00pm, since all my classes are afternoon/evening. |
