Bring your own alcohol/food/cooler/lawnchairs and just chill out or hit the dancefloor! |
So is the option of bringing our own stuff just an option? OR they just don't sell alcohol there period?
So is Piknik not really a club per say? More like a park or place by the water that plays music? |

they do sell alcohol and food.
Its a park with music in an enclosed area. |

If you can't stand hippies, dreads and other unsightly earthlings(and smells), seeing babies next to their parents smoking pot or worse, dogs everywhere... then skip Piknic, its not for you. |
:haha:
OK, you just answered my question. |

Yes, Deko-ze definately brings it.
Not that it matters, since it's about the music, but heard BC is more of a gay crowd? I just hate going to sausage fests in general. |
lol Definately not. Its no different than going to any other club dude....mixed crowd....the ladies are magic there......
check the pics from the ibiza party ...you'll see what im talking about. |

piknic and beach club have nothing in common... different experience, different ambiance, different crowd, different music and everything else is different. Difference is good by the way.
The only comparable aspects are that both places are fun, events gather huge crowds...
People that like techno, minimal, electro with no vocals love to hate beach club... people that love vocal tribally house music love to hate piknic...
In reality, if your a party animal both places are fun.
Some say, Piknic is cheaper because you bring your beer... but i try to encourage the place and all the concept by buying my beer there... which at the end of the day cost me the same as Beach Club. And there is no beach. Riverside with the nicest of view of Montreal on the International Expo 1967 site. 10 minutes from downtown.
Beach Club more a sort of club med with good house music to dance to. Lakefront surrounded by a beach. 45 minutes from Montreal.
Different vibe, different crowd, difficult choice each week to which place to choose... i love both equally. |

Can anyone comment on door security for these places for those that just like to bring their own personal goods? not picky, or strip search?
Circus?

You're going to get searched at all of these places.....At BC you can bring food, drink but no alcohol.....the search isn't too intense though....Circus searches and i imagine the pepsi forum will have a thorough search as well. |

Any creative spots for hiding? I usually just keep it in my shorts when I party here, people at the door here don't care. |
