Looking forward to seeing the announcement. The question is, will it be enough to pull me from Richmond St. (Halloween is the best (re: only) time of year to go there ;)).

Beyer didn't play like he did the year before.
However, if he had played like the year before, people would complain about that too.
I will admit that the Opera House, despite being a pretty cool venue, just didn't have the same vibe that 99 did in 2006. I'd probably put Beyer @ 99 sudbury on my top 5 parties of all time (and I think a lot of other people would too). There was just something in the air that night! |

Will agree. I was excited to return to the Opera House (which I'd been a many Hullas at). But it just wasnt right for Beyer (or probably techno in general, I'd say, personally).
And I agree that I think that Adam Beyer at Sudburry 99 was a simply legendary night. Even though ppl were saying it was going to be good and it was a 'not to be missed' type of event, I still had NO IDEA what I was in for.
Epic set and night in general! <3 Wow. |

| I think that The Opera House is an awesome venue. Especially for techno, and especially for Halloween. I didn't go to the Beyer party last year, but I can't think of a better venue for Halloween tbh. |

Honestly, Graham, that's 100% (like, EXACTLY) what I said and yelled from the roof tops on TA before going last year...
But it just didnt turn out to be such, for me anyways.
Funny that your thoughts mirrored mine PERFECTLY though last year. |
