probably because previous TXTA beach events wanted to be all the way down in Padre and there is no chance of that happening - it's too long of a drive and if no one shows it'd be a total waste of resources. This event is totally different and as is evident by Sharper's antics (as seen here) it's possible. |

I've already contacted the Houston Parks dept.
the ball is rolling everyone. I've got a target date in mind. Once I get word back from the Parks dept on details (permits, rules, etc)
