The night was pretty damn good. Ellen allien was decent, pretty hard stuff near the end of the set. The first two djs were cool too.
I didn't know modeselektor was going to come on so late--2:30. I kept asking everyone what time they would come on, many rumors aside, it was indeed 2:30. Pretty much everyone I spoke with who even knew who modeselektor was anticipating their performance.
I was sort of nervous the long wait would not be worthwhile, but when they came on with their bad ass choons and loops, I was dancing the entire time.
Did anyone catch the scene where the security was trying to restrain of the the modeselektor DJs, and then the other member came to his rescue and started pushing the security guard.
Quite the scene.
Overall, modeselektor was pimp. |
