I had been looking for this track for a long time, ever since I had first heard it. Then, about a month ago, some DJ in town sold some of his vinyl. My friend knew him pretty well, so we went to go check out what he had, and as fate would have it: Moontribe - Dance of the Seventh Hill! I went freakin' nuts, and bought it for like $7.00. You've just gotta keep your eyes open because you never know when you'll get lucky in the crazy world of DJing. If I ever see another copy, though, I'll grab it for ya (and for that million bucks). It's an awesome track, good luck to you.

Be warned though, I heard some bad stuff about HTFR ;)
