diggers was relentless last night
he really played some stuff reminiscing the northern exposure era. alot of dark sinister druggy beats with haunting melodies. was a top notch set. was all going good till tyler got his tooth knocked out by some ****** muscle head. u alright man? anyways, few trainspots
burial - archangel (nomad in the dark re-edit) (this was siiiick)

zack and frank def played some nasty stuff toward the end of their set specifically. I was also very impressed with the beginning of big Mikes set. I didn't stay for the whole thing but the first half was really good... i was actually kinda surprised at what you were playing cuz i always sort of associated you as a trance dj but you were playing more on the techy side. very good stuff man
great catching up with you jason.. been a while...
also good to see the guys from Alter Image/Clouded Minds, and Holosound
wasn't into diggers this time around... left early though and i know he turns it on around 5ish so its my own fault lol |

I had a great time last night. I found a lot more comfort on the balcony. I was up their most of the night jumping around with other fellow geeks near the Fan. haha..
Pacha is a great club. It's right on the highway, it's more intimate and affordable. awesome...
I hope to see Sander in 2 weeks! |

I'm pissed I had to leave on the early side, but up until 3 ish, it was a great night. I was happy to see that they had the second floor level playing Digweed's music. It definitely made more space on the main floor.
Rory opened things up nicely in the basement. I had a fun time going back to back with Frank afterwards, and what I heard of Mike was solid as well. Sucked I missed Gerard's set though.
Again, didn't stay that long into Digweed's set, but from what I heard, he seemed to be in for the long haul set-building wise. It was a very slow, gradual, methodical build, that I'm sure got much more intense as the night went on. Fortier played an impeccable opening set as well. |
