Me too. I've been a Zabs fan since 2004. Like I said earlier in this thread I wanted to go see JZ, but I didn't have the time and money to get all the way up to Dallas from San Antonio just to see him do a one hour set.

it was a shame he only had a short set

I actually was saying that to sharper about how JZ was all about the effects for a while but he really played a nice progressed set last night and used the effects tastefully.

he was truly a smooth criminal

What I meant to say is that he was upset with himself not at the venue.

i got there around 11:15 or so and the line was wrapped around the block. the stage set-up was sweet. i got in, in time to catch the end of audes set. he sounded a lot better this time than in previous year. then zabs came on and killed it. great tracks and mixing...i really liked when he sampled his voice though the headphones at the end which led into the intro for mobys set. that was sick. moby came on and played a bunch of bangin stuff, wasnt really impressed w/ his tracks or mixes. i went inside the lounge for a total of about 1 minute to check out some of dirty south. he was playing "let it go" when i walked in, so i left asap. i knew the inside was going to packed as after 2, so didnt even bother trying to fight the crowd to catch dan/glaude. i left around 2 and people were still trying to get in lol. i did see some pretty silly comtumes this year so that was fun. all in all it was about what i expected. i really hope they take it back to the paladium next year. props to full access/prototype for letting me get my rave on!

Yet you follow me around like a lovesick 12 year old. I'm not gay, but I do find it flattering.

James was great and really wished he could have played a longer set. I had a good time the other dj's were not really my style moby would really get into it then play some gay vocal and let it play forever and the others were ok.. I still had fun :p

good meeting you, mag, bored & maddraver :) dirk and steve -- it's always an honor. borrowed pics and vids to come. aude smashed it -- i was impressed by his performance, and jz ALWAYS works it! <3 thanks, james, for the pic with all of us unicorns :D

FAO the fucker who stole my camera : watch your back :whip:

FAO lizard lounge management : that was the most-poorly managed event i've ever attended. purchasing VIP tickets means you don't wait it in a line 10x longer than walk-ups, nor does it mean you get shoved outside the building when you decide it's at capacity. don't expect me at any of your events again.

ps. dirk, i hear there are shots of you being extracted from the ladies' room. :tongue3

grrrrrreeeeeeeattttttt. there are pictures i have seen. what kind of society have we become where a guy in a monkey suit can't take a piss in the girl's bathroom with his friend?

i was having a wardrobe malfunction damnit!!!
