percussion pattern, is this 'swing'?

hi all
been trying to work out how this sort of percussion pattern is made up, unsuccesfuly. (short clip below)

I think its an Airwave track, its got a nice groove to it. Ive been trying to read up on adding 'swing' to percussion, is that how this sort of groove is achieved?
been digging through the drum midi patterns ive got but nothing ive found is similar, anyone care to enlighten a stuggling noob on possible patterns?
any help is much appriciated :) |

that sample got no swing mate...
its probably just some sidechain and offset notes that keeps that groove running, swing can be written with straight notes, because swing devides the notes lenghs... like two eights will be read as a triple eight and a triple sixteenth if i remember correctly...
