| yeah i doubt you will want to walk that far, that's a huge distance especially at night with all the street crime, better to split on a cab or carpool, plus the area is very dodgy, stay safe mate |

I live near Dundas and Jarvis - according to Google Maps it would be a 30 minute walk... but I guess google expects people to walk slow.
I have walked to and from Guv multiple times... All I have to do is walk down Jarvis. 20 minutes tops.
But if it makes you happy, believe google... Google knows everything right? |

walking from Union to Guv is roughly 15 minutes
no way it's 20 from Kotsy's intersection
it takes me about 10 minutes to walk to Yonge and Dundas |

I never said 20 minutes from Kotsys place. Kotsy has a LONG walk.
And sorry Kristina I was sure you said you lived at college and yonge... but if youre a 10min walk to yonge and dundas you must live a bit further.... or we just walk at completely different speeds :p |

I think the key to avoiding crackheads and sketchbags when walking at night is just to move at a steady pace and look like you know where you are going. Don't walk slow because obviously you wanna get home ASAP but if you walk too fast then the crackpots can smell your fear :nervous: lol
