The Judge won't budge...

Long long time ago I had a liveset that I absolutely loved.

It was Judge Jules... possibly Pete Tong somewhere in there (I believe it was one of Tong's radio shows). And I think Sonique was doing vocals somewhere later in the night. Or a banging Sonique song came on. The set is quite old (i mean early '00s).

Story short - my harddrive crashed in college and I've lost it but lately it just popped into my head out of nowhere and I haven't been able to find much on it. Does anyone have any idea what it was and where I could get another digital copy?

err... just to make it fit into the MD - if you have no idea about above just discuss Judge Jules.

thanks ahead of time.

aint you in luck. grabbed this set the other week from some website,

Judge Jules Live @ Seriously Slinky 2000, was broadcast as a Ess Mix.

Sonique tune was played in the set, but she also kept getting on the mic and singing.

this the set you need? if so i can upload it tomorrow to wherever suits you

I had a tape which was either a pete tong session or a judge jules session, I think it was jules but cant be 100% sure, also not sure if it was friday or saturday night, but think it was friday night at about 11pm, think it may of been anywhere between 98 - 01.

It was not at a gig, but was in the radio 1 studio, and sonique was doing a lot of singing over the tracks, I can remember some of the songs but cant remember the title of them. Im not sure if she played "Feels so good" or not? If she did, that might give us ballpark figure of the year it was broadcast.

I am part of a community which discusses old Judge Jules shows and we also have lots of old recording of old shows from him on mp3

If you guys love Judge Jules from that era you should check out the website which is www.judgejulesarchive.co.uk would be cool to have some more fans of Judge Jules from the past on that website with us :)

there's really something about the old music that makes it different from the newer ones but still worth listening...

I'll give it a look! I used to religiously listen to the old Friday night show from January 1998 until around summer 2000. I used to record the 30min mix at the end of the show onto cassette tape:wtf: and eventually MiniDisc. Had about 50 tapes of music!
