yeah! This is smooth man. Really been diggin' this type of tech recently. I hadn't heard any of these tunes but gettin right into that chilled proggy tech type sound. Trippy but not too much of a head-fuk with nice grooves goin on and smooth seamless transitions. I kinda figured you were havin a bit of a joke with the hands in the air lazer trance reference, lookin at those tracks, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Ha!
To be honest I couldn't picture myself dancin to this type of sound, but thats not a criticism of your mix and I love kickin back, getting smashed listening to music like this. Usually like dancin to stuff that's a bit more pumping, but I love listening to a lot of varied types of music. Just thought I share some of my thoughts with you on this.
Really well done, I'll be having this on my ipod for a while yet my man!;) |

Thanks for the in depth thoughts. This set is alot different than the other stuff i put out in the sense that it is not smash your face tech like usual. Sure there are a few tracks on there that could fit this description, but that was not really what i was going for here. I've been getting the nice to chill to comment a lot and it makes me pretty happy. I personally think some of the 3 deck stuff was slightly out of time, but if it sounded good to you that is awesome. Hard to be perfect 100% with 3 tracks cued but i guess that might add character to thie set.
